Volkswagen: Old Models, New Technology

Volkswagen has presented a new range of cars rich in variety. The range becomes even more striking as it beautifully combines old models and new technology. Most of the latest models produced by the famous name inherit something or another from the designs of their predecessors.

The New Beetle by Volkswagen, as the name suggests has taken after the design (with differences, of course) of the old Type 1 Beetle car by the famous name. The resemblance between the two Beetles just cannot be ignored.  Not only Beetle, even Rabbit/Golf, Polo and Passat – all of these and several other models prove time and again that Volkswagen loves the looks that made its cars famous across the world.

But the Volkswagen cars do accommodate new features to look different as well as retaining the old looks too. For instance, the new Golf is available in a sporty appearance. The tail end of the car is a striking feature in the appearance. There are lines prominently visible on the sides of the car and the radiator grille is quite glossed.
Volkswagen cars are elegantly designed. The new Passat CC draws attention also because of its dynamic, elegant and modern interior. Highly qualitative Walnut and Vavona woods and Titanium Silver inlays are employed to make the interior trims. Though Passat CC retains the old coupe design, the door windows have mascular lines below them. The line allows passage for the wind, thus enhancing speed of the car.
Moreover, the present generation seems to be in love with the new range of Volkswagen contract hire cars. The credit also goes to the clean-diesel technology employed by the great producer of the cars. Beetle, Golf and Jetta produced by the car manufacturer have Turbocharged Direct Injection (TDI) diesel engines. The technolody would allow the cars to be driven with biodiesel fuel. Why don’t you opt for a great looking environment friendly Volkswagen?
