If you're like me, you have switched the TV on Saturday morning and I saw the infomercial for the P90X workout. It is a very tempting infomercial and she convinced me to call! When I bought P90X good, I really had no idea what kind of equipment I needed to finish the program. I did not buy the equipment that I need, but I wanted to get the maximum results of the program in a position to do all the exercises correctly. You can workout in the procurement process of P90X, and I ask myself the same thing. What is the total amount of the investment, do you to you to lead the program to end? Well, I do the P90X program, I can through the tutorial, you need to have the equipment and what equipment is to save for your hard-earned U.S. dollars and are optional on your education. 


First, I just wanted to give you an overview of the P90X program. This is a great training, designed to give you a ripped, muscular body in 90 days. It is for people of all ages who lose weight and look thin, and for those that build bulk and muscle (it really is for everyone). They should have a strong desire to get fit and healthy, and be willing to commit to the program to be successful with it. This is not a BS, straight to the point program, you get in the best shape of your life. 


Here is the equipment you need to be able to end the year-P90X 


(1) DVD's P90X ("Training System P90X). Supplied with 12 of P90X workout DVD, a diet plan and guide to fitness. 


(2) resistance bands or a range of free weights. Each of them work, but you have at least one more. In fact, I've used both, although I travel I can to do the P90X workout. A set of dumbbells go up to 20 pounds is a good start. 


(3) pull up bar or at the door of the class resistance bands. I just pull up bar, and it works very well. You need one or the other if. Some people can not have a door frame that install a pull-up bar can. For these people, you have to buy a resistance band door attachment kit so you can make a modified version of the traction.

The following special equipment that is not necessary to terminate the program 


(1) yoga mats. This makes abdominal exercises and yoga P90X P90X much better (one floor or carpet, rubbing your skin does not feel so good). 


(Two) blocks Yoga (2). If you are a beginner to yoga, as I was, then they are really useful. These help to stabilize when shots are hard to do. 


(3) Push Up Bar If you have problems with their wrists and then help to reduce stress on the joints of the wrist by pumps (you do get a lot of pumps with the P90X Workout).

  1. A person won't receive the same muscle gain using different home workout programs, simply because these don't use muscle confusion, and targeting specific regions like P90X does.
